Youth Group Christmas Shenanigans, basically
True Life was having a party, and I filmed it! I wanted to capture the feel of the night in a way that stood out from other church videos.
Most church videography follows a pretty basic corporate feel, since they’re often made by members of the church and not by professionals. While I am also a member of this church, I was able to bring my professional filmmaking experience and knowledge to the table to make a film that would capture a lot of the magical Christmas atmosphere.
I’m proud of what I made, and today church members and staff still reference it as a highlight of the youth group’s filmography.
